[ music for bodies ] sonic bed

saw this in elle korea when i was getting my hair permed back in june. it's such an interesting freakin' idea, so i must share!

basically, music for bodies is a research project aiming to make listening to music a 3D experience. so that music can affect the sense of touch as well as hearing. you can physically feel the music while also listening to it. which is pretty dang awesome given that this will combine that with how music makes you feel emotionally.

the beds (as well as chairs and benches) have exhibitions all over the world. except not in the US, yet. man i wanna experience it! seems like it'd be such an interesting music adventure.
