[ freedom of creation ] fingerprint ring

the other day, when we were going through customs at dulles airport, me and dubz saw some woman doing electronic fingerprinting. dubz mentioned how fingerprints have to stretch/grow as you get older, which makes them seem like a not-so-good way to keep track of people.

maybe so, but this fingerprint ring design by sam abbott for freedom of creation is still really creative and fun. fingerprints are an interesting linear grouping, from an artistic standpoint. and i think the way this ring was designed showcases the design of the lines. it doesn't have to be a fingerprint, it can be anything you want... all the while looking pretty cool in the process!
