thanksgiving was lovely this year. it was a bit less people than we usually have, but more people than last year. in any case, thanksgiving's always amazing. i literally crave thanksgiving food throughout the year. and it's funny how we feel we can't eat those foods all together unless it IS thanksgiving.
these watercolor paintings capture the quaint tranquility and joy that goes into cooking and eating. i love the style and the colors... the paintings have a certain quality about them that makes me smile just a bit.
