sorry for the delay in blog posts! lots of new projects coming up once i'm back home! paintings, illustrations (maybe a book of illustrations), etc. etc.! stay tuned.
anyways, in the meantime, i'm really LOVING these paintings by scott belastro. he takes different pieces of inspiration and puts them together to "make what could be a landscape in some remote place." it's sort of lonely, sort of content in loneliness, sort of grounded in it. i don't like to be alone, but i can appreciate it. everyone needs to be alone once in awhile!
